H 3172 General Bill, By T.A. Limehouse and T.G. Woodruff
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-23-525 so as to provide that any facsimile of a weapon or any object represented to be a weapon which may be reasonably believed to be a weapon is a weapon when used in the commission of a crime.
