    A Bill to amend Section 24-3-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, and Act 185 of 1977, as amended, relating respectively to work release and extended work release programs for prisoners committed to the South Carolina Department of Corrections, so as to make prisoners convicted of murder, voluntary manslaughter, armed robbery, criminal sexual conduct, assault and battery with intent to kill, trafficking in illegal drugs, or kidnapping ineligible for the programs.
