    A Bill to amend Article 1 of Chapter 47 of Title 40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to general provisions of law concerning physicians, surgeons, and osteopaths, by adding Section 40-47-61 so as to permit personnel in the employ of a licensed physician to label, dispense, and administer narcotics and drugs under certain specified conditions, and to require the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to promulgate regulations.
