H 3179 General Bill, By T.F. Rogers
    A Bill to amend Section 16-17-725, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful giving of false information to a law enforcement officer concerning the alleged commission of a crime by another and the unlawful giving of false information to rescue squads and fire departments, so as to also make it unlawful for any person to knowingly give false information to any law enforcement officer concerning the alleged commission of any crime by him.
