    A Bill to amend Act 549 of 1982, relating to the abolition of the Hampton County Board of Education and Hampton County Superintendent of Education, the devolution of the powers and duties of those offices on the Boards of Trustees of Hampton County School Districts 1 and 2, and the provision for the election of the trustees, so as to provide that persons desiring to qualify as candidates for election to the boards of trustees shall file a written statement of candidacy with the Hampton County Election Commission.
