    A Bill to amend Section 56-11-190, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that vehicle owners produce proof of insurance when registering a vehicle, so as to provide that the proof required consists of the name of the registrant's automobile liability insurance carrier and the name of the agent except where other security is approved.
