    A House Resolution to amend Rule 6.1 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the time of meetings of the House, so as to provide that the House may not meet of Thursdays during the first four weeks in an odd-numbered year, and provide that provisions relating to meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays during the first six weeks of the legislative sessions only apply in even-numbered years.
