A Concurrent Resolution to express the deepest sympathy of the members of the General Assembly to the family and many friends of Petty Officer Third Class Antonio Armando "Tonie" Daniels, of Greeleyville, Williamsburg County, who was killed along with two other South Carolinians serving the United States on the USS Stark when the frigate was seriously damaged in the Persian Gulf on Sunday, May 17, 1987, by a missile fired from an Iraqi fighter plane.
