A House Resolution to amend Rule 5.17 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the consideration of an uncontested Bill or Joint Resolution, so as to change from three to seven the number of members required to prevent its consideration and to provide for a procedure to delay for one statewide legislative day the consideration of a matter if sufficient objections cannot be obtained to place the matter on the contested calendar on the first occasion it is reached on the calendar.
