    A Bill to amend Section 57-25-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to outdoor advertising signs along interstate and federal aid primary highways, so as to require the signs to conform to county and municipal sign ordinances and to prohibit the installation of new signs after June 30, 1986, in counties and municipalities not having appropriate sign ordinances.
