H 3212 General Bill, By J.C. Hearn, J.W. Johnson and J.E. Lockemy
    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the amount of Workers' Compensation and period of disability for certain injuries, so as to provide that permanent disfigurement of the face, head, neck, or other area normally exposed in employment, rather than "serious permanent disfigurement" of these places, must be visible from a distance of six feet.
