    A House Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives by adding Rule 10.9 so as to prohibit a person from seeking the pledge of a member of the House of Representatives to vote for any position elected in joint assembly by the General Assembly and prohibit a member of the House from offering the pledge until the qualifications of all candidates for that position have been determined by the appropriate screening committee.
