    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-21-460 so as to require the architectural staff of the Construction and Planning Office of the Division of General Services of the State Budget and Control Board to develop three complete sets of plans and specifications for high school, for junior high or middle school, and for elementary school buildings, one of which must be used by the school districts for new construction.
