    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-290, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to benefits and recovery under automobile insurance policies, so as to delete a provision that requires certain benefits received or recovered to be deducted from any tort recovery, settlement, or judgment for bodily injury.
