    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-56-520 so as to provide an assessment and funding for waste reduction and minimization; and to amend Section 44-56-170, relating to the Hazardous Waste Contingency Fund, so as to provide that the Department of Health and Environmental Control shall issue a check quarterly for the proceeds derived from the assessment for waste reduction and minimization.
