    A Bill to amend Section 40-6-140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to license fees for auctioneers and auction firms, so as to provide that the license fees for auctioneers, apprentice auctioneers, and auction companies may not exceed one hundred fifty dollars.
