    A Bill to amend Section 24-13-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to prisoners and segregation of sexes, so as to require each correctional facility operated by the Department of Corrections to separate youthful offenders convicted for violent crimes from prisoners convicted for more than a first offense for violent crimes and prisoners convicted for violent crimes from prisoners convicted for nonviolent crimes and to define violent crimes.
