    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL INCREASE THE SPEED LIMIT ALONG A PORTION OF SOUTH CAROLINA HIGHWAY 24 IN ANDERSON COUNTY AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT MAY ADJUST THE SPEED LIMIT AFTER A TWO-YEAR PERIOD.
