A Bill to amend Section 12-7-435, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to deductions from South Carolina taxable income for purposes of the state individual income tax, so as to eliminate the retirement income exclusion election and provide for the deduction of all retirement income beginning for the taxable year the taxpayer attains age sixty-five and provide for the deduction for surviving spouses.
