    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-3-765 so as to provide that the Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall give periodic reports concerning the progress of certain highway expansion or construction projects by causing a progress report to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or counties where the project is located.
