    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-13-350, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTIFIED CANDIDATES NOMINATED BY PETITION, PRIMARY, OR CONVENTION SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CANDIDATE NOMINATED BY MORE THAN ONE PARTY MAY NOT HAVE THE AGGREGATE OF ALL VOTES RECEIVED COUNTED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER IN AN ELECTION AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE ONLY VOTES RECEIVED AS A CANDIDATE FOR EACH PARTY NOMINEE MAY BE USED TO DETERMINE THE WINNER IN AN ELECTION.
