A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 51, Title 15, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to wrongful death actions, by adding Section 15-51-45, so as to provide that an unmarried testator in his last will and testament may stipulate that a person other than those permitted by the provisions of this Article may maintain a wrongful death action against another person who causes the testator's wrongful death.
