    A Bill to amend Chapter 11 of Title 19, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to competency of witnesses, by adding Section 19-11-35 so as to provide that a child is considered a competent witness and must be allowed to testify without prior qualification in any judicial proceeding, and to provide that the trier of fact is permitted to determine the weight and credibility to be given to the testimony.
