    A Bill to amend Section 61-3-740, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to suspension or revocation of licenses issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, and Section 61-13-290, relating to the unlawful sale of alcoholic liquor to a person under twenty-one years of age, so as to provide for revocation of a license for a violation of Section 61-13-290.
