A Joint Resolution proposing amendments to Sections 2 and 3 of Article V of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the Supreme Court, so as to increase the number of Associate Justices from four to eight, the number of Justices which must concur for a reversal of a judgment below from three to five, the quorum from three to five and to provide that the terms of not more than two Justices shall expire every two years.
