    A Bill to amend Act 340 of 1967, as amended, relating to the Board of Trustees of the Charleston County School District and the constituent school districts of the county, so as to provide that any member who is absent from five consecutive meetings of the Board within one year without just cause may be removed from the Board upon a majority vote of the members.
