    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-13-45 so as to require county party chairmen to designate a specified place other than a private residence and staff it during regular hours of not less than four hours a day during the final seventy-two hours of the filing period for the receipt for filings and to require the chairmen to notify the public of the dates, time, and place where candidates may file by placing an advertisement in a newspaper of general circulation in the county two weeks before the filing period.-amended title
