    A Bill to make it unlawful to use any device, commonly known as a radar detector, the effect of which is to detect and counteract the use of radar or similar equipment by law enforcement agencies in ascertaining the rate of travel of motor vehicles, to provide penalties, to provide for the seizure and destruction of the unlawful device, and to provide for the promulgation of regulations by the State Law Enforcement Division.
