    A Bill to require a recipient of Aid to Families with Dependent Children (AFDC) who is a parent under twenty-two years of age and has not obtained a state high school diploma or its equivalent to enroll in a course of study approved by the State Department of Social Services which will lead to the achievement of a high school diploma or its equivalent, to provide for withholding and the forfeiture of AFDC payments under certain circumstances, to provide for AFDC bonuses under certain conditions and in amounts as prescribed by the State Department of Social Services, and to require the promulgation of regulations.
