    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-160, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for participation in interscholastic activities and the responsibility for monitoring these activities, so as to provide that the South Carolina High School League shall have jurisdiction over all interscholastic activities whether athletic or academic.
