    A Bill to amend Section 59-1-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions of the various school levels, Section 59-63-20, relating to a pupil's age of school attendance, and Section 59-65-10, as amended, relating to compulsory school attendance and the responsibilities of parents and the school district, so as to allow students to enter public kindergarten if they are five years of age before September second instead of before November second and to prohibit students from entering first grade in public school unless they are six before September second instead of November second.
