    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-1620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to penalties for racing a motor vehicle, so as to increase the penalties, provide for confiscation, forfeiture, and sale of the vehicle, and conform certain provisions for drivers and persons who acquiesce in or permit driving when a motor vehicle is raced.
