H 3332 General Bill, By Davenport
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 11-35-1595 so as to require contracts let by state agencies for prosthetic devices or other specialized equipment made for the purpose of improving the quality of life of handicapped persons to allow residents of this State not otherwise eligible to receive benefits under the contract to purchase such items at the state prices, to require the purchaser to reimburse the agency for the cost of the item purchased, and to provide that the agency may retain one hundred percent of the reimbursement.
