    A House Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives by adding Rule 9.6 so as to require amendments changing appropriations in the annual General Appropriations Bill to state in the left margin the total amount added to or subtracted from the report of the Ways and Means Committee on the Bill and to provide that the Clerk shall cause the margin notes to be changed to reflect prior amendments to the same appropriation.
