    A Bill to amend Section 8-13-700, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to prohibiting a public official from using his official position or office for financial gain, so as to provide that the ongoing receipt of benefits of economic interest received after an action has been taken to provide for them is in violation of this Section.
