    A House Resolution to amend Rule 12.2. of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the prohibition on members of the House or their employees from receiving anything of value, so as to provide that no member or member of his law firm, professional association, corporation, or other entity with which the House member is associated may receive professional fees from an entity which employs a lobbyist, directly or indirectly.
