    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 3, Title 57, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the composition of the State Highways and Public Transportation Commission so as to reconstitute the membership of the Commission including a provision that one member thereof must be elected from each Congressional District of this State as were used for the general election of 1982 by the legislative delegations representing the counties of the Congressional District.
