    A Bill to amend Section 30-4-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the right to inspect or obtain copies of public records and the fees for obtaining these copies under the Freedom of Information Act, so as to authorize an agency to charge certain additional fees when the copies furnished will be used for solicitation or profit purposes.
