    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-15-110, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PROHIBITING A SHERIFF, DEPUTY SHERIFF, OR SHERIFF'S CLERK FROM PRACTICING LAW OR HOLDING THE OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS AND GENERAL SESSIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A SHERIFF OR DEPUTY SHERIFF WHO IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THIS STATE MAY ACT AS AN ATTORNEY ON BEHALF OF THE AGENCY IN WHICH HE SERVES UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, OR WHEN APPOINTED AS A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR.
