    A Bill to amend Section 50-1-90, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to trespass on lands for hunting, trapping, or fishing purposes, so as to increase the penalty and provide for confiscation of weapons or equipment used or possessed while trespassing and to amend Act 401 of 1978, as amended, relating to the point system for determining whether or not hunting or fishing licenses, or both, must be suspended, so as to increase the points for trespassing to hunt, fish, or trap from six to eighteen.
