    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-6-1140, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CERTAIN INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS INCLUDING DEDUCTIONS FOR VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND RESCUE SQUAD MEMBERS, SO AS TO EXTEND SUCH DEDUCTIONS TO RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS; AND TO AMEND SECTION 23-9-190, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE-BASED POINT SYSTEM TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY OF VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND RESCUE SQUAD MEMBERS OF THE INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS REFERENCED IN SECTION 12-6-1140 ABOVE, SO AS TO ESTABLISH A POINT SYSTEM FOR RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS.
