H 3382 General Bill, By F.E. McBride and J. Faber
    A Bill to amend Section 44-53-445, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to distribution of a controlled substance within one-half mile of any elementary, middle, or secondary school, so as to increase the maximum fine of ten thousand dollars to a minimum fine of ten thousand dollars for violation and change the imprisonment term from ten to fifteen years to a life term.
