    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-21-2710, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST THE POSSESSION OF CERTAIN TYPES OF GAMING OR SLOT MACHINES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO ANTIQUE SLOT MACHINES MADE BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1965, WHICH ARE KEPT BY THE OWNER THEREOF IN HIS PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE AND NOT USED FOR COMMERCIAL OR GAMING PURPOSES.
