    A Bill to amend Section 16-23-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful sale or delivery of pistols to, among others, persons convicted of a violent crime, so as to extend the prohibition to a person convicted of any offense punishable by imprisonment for more than one year.
