    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1790, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the issuance and filing of amended birth certificates, so as to provide a procedure in adoptions for the family court to determine the date and place of birth when the adoptee is not born in the United States and not a citizen of the United States at birth and to amend Section 44-63-140, relating to supplementary or amended birth certificates for adoptees, so as to revise the procedure for issuing the certificates.
