    A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate and recognize Mr. Arthur (Art) Shell, Jr., an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Raiders and a native of Charleston County, as one of four players who was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday, January 24, 1989, and will be enshrined on August 5, 1989.
