    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-130-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SO AS TO REVISE REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE UNIVERSITY OF CHARLESTON TO PROVIDE THAT THE UNIVERSITY IS A COMPONENT OF THE COLLEGE.
