H 3416 General Bill, By J. Faber and F.E. McBride
    A Bill to provide for a community-based therapeutic center in each judicial circuit which provides extensive behavioral modification sessions for the rehabilitation of certain troubled minors; to provide for the administration of these centers by the State Department of Youth Services; to provide for the promulgation of regulations; and to provide for funding the community-based therapeutic centers and for the phase-in of the centers over a three-year period.
