    A Bill to amend Section 40-9-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions with regard to chiropractors and chiropractic practice, so as to revise and delete certain definitions; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 40-9-15 so as to prescribe certain unauthorized practices by chiropractors.
