H 3425 General Bill, By Sharpe
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-3825 so as to provide that the driver of any motor vehicle when stopped by a law enforcement officer shall roll the driver's window down completely immediately upon bringing his vehicle to a stop, and to provide penalties for wilful violations.
